We are pleased to announce that Absolute Advocacy now accepts Medicaid for all substance abuse and mental health services.
Why this matters
Nearly half of all Americans with mental illness are not currently receiving treatment for their mental illness, according to estimates by MentalIllnessPolicy.org. One of the most frequent reasons for a lack of mental health care is the high costs associated with diagnosis, therapy, and medication.
However, the number of people able to access mental health care has increased in recent years, thanks in large part to the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid expansions.
Why we’re excited
At Absolute Advocacy, we believe no one struggling with behavioral health issues (including mental illness and substance abuse) should be turned away due to an inability to pay. Our ability to accept Medicaid means that qualifying patients can receive quality, affordable care through our highly qualified team of counselors.
What it means for you
If you have Medicaid insurance, please contact our office today to set up a clinical assessment. By looking at your behavioral health needs, we can create a therapy plan to help you feel better. We will then discuss this plan with you and your insurance provider to determine costs.
Feel free to contact us any time if you have questions about insurance or billing.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you get your life back on track.
